Pamela Suarez
Pamela Suarez founded Clear Path Title & Escrow from years of hands-on real estate and legal experience across Florida. She recognized that too many closings were being handed off to impersonal, high-volume operations where clients were left confused and transactions fell through the cracks.
Her answer was a boutique practice built on three principles: clear communication, expert problem-solving, and genuine care for every client. Today, Pamela leads a bilingual team that serves buyers, sellers, realtors, and investors across all of Florida, with a specialization in complex transactions including FIRPTA compliance and 1031 exchanges.
